Purpose of this website

This site presents Laramont's services in Greater Montreal: long-term property management, short-term rental management and real estate analysis. It exists to inform owners and tenants and to receive enquiries.

Nature of the information

The content of this site is provided for informational purposes only. Short-term rental pages summarize our reading of municipal bylaws at the time of verification. Bylaws change and interpretation belongs to the municipality: always confirm with the municipality before making a decision or offering a property for short-term rental.

Submitting a form does not create a client relationship

Completing a form, sending an email, or receiving a reply from us creates no contractual relationship and no obligation to provide services. No information sent through a form should be treated as confidential in the sense of a professional mandate.

Written mandates control our services

Our services are provided solely under a signed written agreement. If the content of this site differs from a signed agreement, the agreement prevails.

Published pricing and eligibility

Prices published on this site apply to the standard mandates described, in the areas we serve and for the property types listed. They are shown before applicable taxes. A property outside those parameters, by location, condition or complexity, may be quoted differently before signing. Any rental income estimate is a projection based on comparable market data and is not a guarantee.

No legal, accounting, tax or brokerage advice

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, accounting, tax, mortgage or real estate brokerage advice. Laramont is not a real estate brokerage and does not represent any party in a transaction. Our analysis service covers a property already identified by the client.

Intellectual property

The text, visual identity and municipal rule pages are the property of Laramont. Reproduction or systematic extraction of the content without written permission is prohibited.
